Internship Overview

Are you a college student studying Communications, Marketing, or a related field? Do you love skincare—especially Korean skincare—and want to gain real-world social media management experience?

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Management Intern to join Venus!

As an intern, you’ll work directly with our Creative Director to plan, schedule, and manage social media content, while learning how to grow and engage an online community in the beauty and skincare space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, etc.)

• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools

• Monitor engagement, track performance, and provide insights on analytics

• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to optimize content strategies

• Collaborate with the design team to ensure visuals align with captions and campaigns

• Support community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and fostering brand interaction
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a college or university program, majoring in Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• Strong interest in skincare, with a particular passion for K-beauty

• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their unique audiences

• Strong writing and communication skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a remote environment
