Welcome to Venus! Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using our app, services, website, or platform (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms govern your use of the Service and form a legal agreement between you and Venus Care Labs, Inc. (“Venus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
To use Venus, you must be at least 16 years old (or older if required in your jurisdiction). If you are under the age of majority, you may only use the Service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Venus provides general skincare information and tools powered by AI. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified medical professional for any dermatological or health concerns.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
Do not share your account or impersonate another user.
You are liable for all activity under your account.
You agree to use Venus for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise approved by us. You agree not to:
Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
You retain ownership of photographs and data you upload (“User Content”). By uploading User Content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the App as described in the Privacy Policy.
Venus uses AI to provide personalized insights, but predictions are not always 100% accurate. By using the app, you understand that AI results are based on available inputs and are not a substitute for professional evaluation.
For Apple App Store Users:
Your subscription is managed through your Apple ID and will continue until you cancel.
You will be charged through your iTunes account prior to the end of each subscription period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device’s Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
For any billing issues or refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
For Google Play Users:
Your subscription is linked to your Google account and will remain active until canceled.
Charges are processed by Google before the start of your next billing term.
Subscription settings can be updated or canceled through the Google Play Store app > Menu > Subscriptions.
For refund assistance, please reach out to Google Play Support.
By subscribing, you agree to the applicable store’s terms and authorize them to handle all payment processing and subscription management on our behalf.
All content, features, and branding within Venus (including our logo, mascots, designs, and AI outputs) are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use or reproduce any part of the Service without permission.
Any ideas, suggestions, or feedback you provide may be used by us freely, without compensation to you.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect our users and platform.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Venus is not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
